Terms and Conditions of Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd. (I Am Gifted!™ Programme)
Upon enrolment & payment, the parent/guardian is deemed to have read and accepted the terms & conditions as follows:
Communication
All official communication regarding the I Am Gifted!™ programme, including payment, postponement and re-attendance requests of the programme should be made via email to iamgifted@akltg.com.
Payment
Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Full payment must be made 1 week before the programme to secure your seat.
~ Kindly make crossed cheques payable to “Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte Ltd”.
~ Discount vouchers may not be accumulated and must be presented upon sign-up.
~ Deposit made is non-refundable.
~ No-show of a participant without notice will be deemed as a withdrawal and refunds will not be allowed.
Possible Administrative Fees
~ An administrative fee of SGD 200 will be charged if credit card instalment is cancelled.
~ An administrative fee of up to SGD 200 will be charged for a full refund request made after enrolment.
Attendance
Please attend all days of I Am Gifted!™ programme. If you are absent on the first day of the I Am Gifted!™ programme without prior notice, your application will be deemed as withdrawn and no refund will be made.
If you are not able to attend, please inform us of your postponement at least 14 days before Day 1 of I Am Gifted!™ programme via email to iamgifted@akltg.com. Otherwise, an administrative fee of SGD 200 will be charged.
No cancellation is allowed within the 14 days before Day 1 of the I Am Gifted!™ programme, but a replacement can be arranged with written notice via email to iamgifted@akltg.com.
You are allowed to postpone your attendance for up to two times within 365 days from your date of enrolment.
Applications are valid for 2 years only. After the validity period, any payments made will be forfeited. Special appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Re-attendance seats per intake are limited and allocated upon payment of SGD 600 and within the age group category. Payment made is not refundable, non-postponement and non-transferable.
Intellectual Property Rights
Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd. is the sole legal and beneficial owner of all intellectual property rights in relation to I Am Gifted!™ programme, including (but not limited to) training materials, online programmes and video recordings. Any unauthorised reproduction without the written consent of Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd. will be considered an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd.
Confidentiality
You consent to Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd. to use the information provided in this application form for the purpose of parental contact, engagement, verification, and updates from Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd.
You are aware that class photos and/or videos taken during the programmes and testimonials written by my child will be used for commercial, educational, or promotional purpose. Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd. shall have the right to reproduce, advertise and publicise your participation in these recordings without compensation to you.

All coaching services and communication face-to-face, digitally, via email or otherwise, delivered by Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group Pte. Ltd. as well as information on this website: www.iamgifted.com.sg are meant to help you identify aspects of your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way as well as share tested-and-proven strategies, insights, alternatives, possible solutions and more. However, coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care.
